The homemade recipe is brought together by hand by master butchers Jon Thorners, in Pylle, Somerset using meat from Packington Free Range. On the occasions Packington Free Range is unable to supply the pork for this product the meat will be sourced from West End Farm. Both farms are RSPCA Assured.
