Cannellini, also known as white kidney or fazolia beans, are a variety of white beans from Argentina. Popular in Central and Southern Italy, particularly in Tuscany. They are similar to haricots, as they are known in Britain. The firm, fluffy texture is used in soups, salads and savoury dishes.

To cook, soak for 8-12 hours, cook 90 mins (Pressure cook 20 mins).
