We respect your privacy. Honesty, transparency and trust are core values of our company. So, this privacy policy sets out our practice with regard your personal and payment information. It is our commitment to you on how we gather information and use it.

We aim to store and use information that serves our customers and partners (such as food producers). This means we store data about customers and provide this to producers in an anonymised format (ie. We may share information about your shopping without identifying who you are) to enable food producers to better serve local customers. We also provide information about producers to customers on our online store to enable them to enjoy an enhanced shopping experience.

Cookie Policy

Like almost every other website, uses cookies. Cookies improve your browsing experience by making it easier and more intuitive. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer when accessing websites. We store cookies for things like remembering settings between visits and the content of your shopping basket and for some marketing purposes. Cookies may also be used to place digital advertising, including remarketing via third party vendors such as Google. This may mean you will see fresh-range ads on other sites across the internet based on past visits to the fresh-range site. We do not use cookies to identify you personally in any way.

If you do not wish to use cookies at our website or elsewhere they can be turned off in your browser settings. Additionally, you can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting Google's Ads Settings and opt out of third-party vendors’ use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. In 2011 there was a change to European Law aimed at giving website users more control over the data which is stored about them. You can read more about it here
